Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Technician with their home state's Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline, day-to-day workflows as directed by leadership.
• Provide training on department tasks to new hires and existing staff.
• Coordinate cross-training through scheduling and communication with trainees.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support continuous improvement, training guides, and SOP development.
• Support leadership in diagnosing and improving team performance.
• Demonstrate AnewHealth's core values in all communications and interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
