Qualifications

• Must have Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Flexibility to adapt to training schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline training for new hires and cross trainees.
• Deliver ongoing training after introductory period through Organizational Development.
• Assist in diagnosing and improving performance within the team.
• Coordinate cross training through scheduling and communication with trainees.
