Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Community Pharmacy Team Lead to supervise pharmacists and technicians, coordinating daily workflow and ensuring compliant, patient-centered medication management.

Remote position requiring NJ-licensed pharmacist with PharmD and leadership experience; you will mentor staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with clients, prescribers, and partners to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and active NJ pharmacy license or eligibility within 90 days.
• 1+ year in pharmacy operations, clinical pharmacy, or geriatric care.
• Experience guiding teams, coordinating workflow, coaching, and staff development.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to pharmacists and technicians and supervise workflow.
• Monitor workflow, staffing alignment, service levels, and task completion.
• Escalate clinical and operational questions and ensure compliant patient care.
• Oversee same-day medication support, documentation, and billing details.
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation and support pharmacotherapy services.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with providers, clients, and partners.
