AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support patients and clinicians from a remote, office-based environment. You will handle phone interactions, process prescription information, and verify authorizations to ensure accurate patient care.

Ideal candidates bring strong drug knowledge, 1+ year in a pharmacy setting, and experience with multiple pharmacy software systems. A commitment to confidentiality and excellent customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/NHA) with current certificate.
• Must maintain a State Board of Pharmacy registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter high volume prescription data accurately and quickly.
• Receive and process medication authorizations, clarifications and transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and billing checks.
• Support onboarding of new patients and maintain confidential records.
