• Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and manage a team of pharmacy technicians responsible for end-to-end prior auth and financial assistance processes
• Drive team performance by monitoring service levels, audits, workflows, and productivity metrics with ongoing feedback
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, timekeeping, workload distribution, and coverage planning
• Partner with hospital stakeholders and clinical teams to ensure seamless operations
• Lead meetings, communicate updates, and identify opportunities for improvements
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance for remote and onsite staff
• Travel up to 20% as needed to support business needs
