Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join the growing team. This full-time role supports the sales team and providers while working from home with training at the Louisville pharmacy.

Shift options are 10:30AM–7:00PM or 11:30AM–8:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $22 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires before Sept 30, 2026, plus a benefits package.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–2 years of pharmacy billing or certified pharmacy technician required.
Customer service, problem solving, and excellent communication skills are required (verbal and written).
Work independently with little to no guidance.

Responsibilities

Manages the customer care escalations email workflow.
Works with the customer service manager to ensure all sales team escalations are addressed daily.
Processes address exception reports and reports to VP of pharmacy operations.
Reports to the customer care manager any items that may cause escalations not to be completed.
Maintains knowledge of CPR+ and billing claim responses.
Escalates issues to the proper pharmacy director, sales team rep, or analytics team.
Collaborates with other departments to resolve customer problems and update system databases.
Works on projects assigned by the customer service manager.
