Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is excited to offer full-time phone support roles from our Buffalo, NY location with a remote work option after an initial onsite training period.

Starting compensation begins at $23.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before Sept 30, 2026, plus incentives and technician credential bonuses. We provide comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician: 1+ years of experience.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
