Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Intake/Prescription Setup in Louisville, KY. You will create patient profiles, process orders from electronic prescriptions and faxes, and assist with refills and document management. The role supports a high-volume oncology pharmacy environment.

Starting salary is $22.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting before Oct 31, 2026. This is a full-time position with potential to remote after on-site training; shift times span 8am–8pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• Previous experience in pharmacy required; CPT/PHS certifications may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create patient profiles and process orders from electronic prescriptions and faxes in a timely manner.
• Request refills as appropriate and manage incoming documents from the fax server.
• Generate and type prescriptions for pharmacist verification and follow up on outbound transfers; clarify patient demographics and clinical information.
