Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Applications Support Analyst (L2/L3) to provide functional and technical support for RCM applications across healthcare providers. Based in Frisco, TX, the role covers end-to-end revenue cycle processes including patient access, registration, scheduling, coding, claims, denial management, and AR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and related areas.
• Experience supporting EHR/EMR, practice management, billing and claims systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, configuration and data analysis in RCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Revenue Cycle Management applications.
• Support core revenue cycle workflows including patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, charge capture, coding, claims, payment posting, denial management and AR follow-up.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and coordinate with Revenue Integrity, Billing, Coding, Patient Access and Finance teams.
• Support interfaces between RCM applications and EHR/EMR, practice management, clearinghouses and payer portals.
• Develop and support reports, dashboards and metrics related to claims, denials, AR aging and payment variance.
