Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, is seeking a Pharmacy Business Consultant to support pharmacy strategic planning and drive initiative performance. This remote US-based role collaborates with stakeholders across the organization and mentors less experienced team members.

Responsibilities include analyzing opportunities, assessing outcomes, and providing updates to leadership to advance priorities and deliver measurable results in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in Managed Care or Health Insurance.
• 1–3 years of Pharmacy Operations experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven self-starter with collaborative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses for pharmacy strategic planning
• Interface with stakeholders across business areas to advance strategic pharmacy initiatives
• Perform outcomes analyses to assess initiative performance against goals
• Provide project updates to pharmacy management
• Mentor less experienced Pharmacy team members
