Ladders, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, is seeking a Pharmacy Business Consultant to support pharmacy strategic planning and drive initiative performance. This remote US-based role collaborates with stakeholders across the organization and mentors less experienced team members.

Responsibilities include analyzing opportunities, assessing outcomes, and providing updates to leadership to advance priorities and deliver measurable results in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in Managed Care or Health Insurance.
• 1–3 years of Pharmacy Operations experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven self-starter with collaborative problem-solving abilities.

• Interface with stakeholders across business areas to advance strategic pharmacy initiatives
• Perform outcomes analyses to assess initiative performance against goals

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Pharmacy Business Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will support pharmacy strategic planning by analyzing opportunities, assessing outcomes, and helping drive initiative performance against business goals. The position partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to advance pharmacy-related priorities and keep leadership informed on progress. It also provides mentorship to less experienced team members and contributes to a collaborative, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,600 – $180,600 annually
