Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Pharmacy Reporting & Analytics to guide pharmacy reporting and analytics that support informed decision-making across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years in managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics preferred.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Highly proficient in Excel and data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
• Project Management experience required.
• Experience with DataBricks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage informatics and analytical tools to monitor pharmacy trends.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive pharmacy reporting.
• Support oversight of pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) activities.
• Conduct complex analyses independently and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with various departments including IT, Finance, and Compliance.
• Lead a team of analytical resources with a focus on growth and development.
