Lumicera Health Services seeks an Analyst, Pharmacy Quality to join our team in Denver. The role develops, implements, and monitors processes to audit key performance metrics and support leadership with insights on associate performance and patient care quality.

You will audit calls, track training needs, and collaborate with operations to drive improvements while ensuring regulatory alignment. Travel to other campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in call-center quality assurance, performance evaluation, training, pharmacy operations, or related field.
• Experience with Calabrio or similar quality management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

• Demonstrate passion for helping teams succeed based on individual needs, learning styles, and feedback preferences.
• Help foster a department culture of trust, respect, honesty, and patient care at the forefront of all we do.
• Participate in a Quality Management Program including evaluations of interactions using scorecards.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and systemic barriers affecting patient experience or workflow efficiency.
• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency and update guidance as needed.
• Recommend updates to scorecards, evaluation rubrics, workflows, SOPs, and coaching tools.
