Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacy Quality to join our team. The role designs and monitors processes to obtain and audit key performance metrics, delivering reports to leadership on associate KPIs.

The analyst audits inbound service calls, documents outcomes, and partners with teams to drive quality improvements while supporting Leadership with action plans at team and individual levels. Remote work is available where eligible.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in call-center quality assurance, performance evaluation, training, pharmacy operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Calabrio or similar quality management tools preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for helping teams succeed based on their needs, learning styles, and feedback preferences.
• Foster a department culture of trust, respect, honesty, and patient care focus.
• Conduct evaluations of interactions using scorecards to assess empathy, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify trends and systemic issues affecting patient experience or workflow efficiency.
• Calibrate scoring with area leaders to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Recommend updates to scorecards, workflows, and coaching tools based on findings.
• Maintain knowledge of quality standards and policies relevant to evaluation programs.
• Collaborate with Training to align QA findings with curriculum and coaching tools.
• Support compliance objectives and document audit processes.
• Willingness to travel to other campuses and training events.
• Other duties as assigned.
