Job summary

ConnectMed360 is seeking a Program Support Coordinator - Pharmacy Technician. This Full-Time role runs Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm CST, with remote work available. The position offers quarterly incentive bonuses and opportunities for growth.

Salary starts at $23 per hour, depending on experience. ConnectMed360 creates customized patient support programs linking manufacturers, providers, and patients to simplify the patient journey and deliver specialty medications

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Pharmacy Technician Certification or equivalent program preferred.
2+ years of pharmacy technician experience.
Customer service experience required.
Familiar with pharmacy terminology, billing quantities, SIG codes, brand/generic names.

Responsibilities

Coordinate referrals and process savings card activations, verifications, testing claims, billing and prior authorizations.
Serve as primary contact for patients and physicians.
Identify and route clinical inquiries to Staff Pharmacists.
Document patient profiles with updates and care needs, ensuring HIPAA confidentiality.
Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality in all tasks.
Handle customer complaints discreetly and forward to appropriate team members.
Ensure prescriptions are billed in accordance with Medicare/DMEPOS and regulations.
