Job summary

ConnectMed360 is seeking a Program Support Supervisor to oversee billing, prescription fulfillment, and benefits investigations. This fully remote role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with teams supporting oncology and hematology patients.

The ideal candidate has two years of pharmacy experience and 1–3 years in healthcare management, with an associate degree or equivalent. Starting salary of $65K+ and quarterly bonuses round out a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy/healthcare.
Minimum of two years’ pharmacy experience.
1–3 years healthcare management experience (desired).

Responsibilities

Verify current coverage with third party payers and obtain authorizations.
Resolve billing issues, claims resubmissions and adjustments.
Ensure prescriptions billed per Medicare/DMEPOS regulations and documentation.
Communicate with clients/patients about billing and hardship assistance.
Oversee record keeping and information flow between billing and other departments.
Generate and analyze reports.
Train staff in benefits investigations.
Monitor daily calls/cases/chats.
