Zusammenfassung

Onco360 is seeking compassionate professionals for inbound phone support to assist health care providers and patients with questions, refills, and insurance coordination. After onsite training, the role becomes remote, enabling flexible scheduling and ongoing patient contact from Houston and across the U.S.

The starting hourly rate is $21 with a $3/hour weekend differential. A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies for hires starting before December 28, 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numerals), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
• Basic math and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refills deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
