Job summary
ConnectMed360 is seeking a Program Support Supervisor to oversee the program's billing, prescription fulfillment, and benefits investigations.
This role can be fully remote with standard hours Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm EST; offers growth opportunities and quarterly incentive bonuses.
Ideal candidate has pharmacy experience, strong leadership, and a customer-focused approach to support patients, providers, and payers.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or certificate program in pharmacy and/or healthcare.
- Minimum of two years’ pharmacy experience.
- Board of Pharmacy registration/certification is required by law.
Responsibilities
- Supervise billing, prescriptions, and benefits investigations.
- Verify current coverage with third party payers and obtain authorizations.
- Resolve billing issues such as claim resubmissions and changes in coverage.
- Ensure prescriptions are billed in accordance with Medicare/DMEPOS regulations.
- Communicate billing status with clients/patients and manufacturers as required.
- Coordinate conference calls with manufacturer partners when requested.
- Oversee record keeping and ensure up-to-date information flow between billing and other departments.
- Generate and analyze reports.
