In2 HR & Talent is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Pharmacy Operations. This remote role focuses on coordinating pharmacy partner onboarding, EMR integrations and workflow changes across providers, pharmacies and patients.

The PM turns priorities into plans, maintains timelines and guides go-lives for multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project management with pharmacy operations exposure, plus hands-on EMR and integration experience, and a solid grasp of HIPAA

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, with pharmacy ops exposure.
• Hands-on EMR and pharmacy integrations experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional pharmacy and platform projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead onboarding and changes: e-prescribing, order routing, fulfillment workflows and SLAs.
• Manage EMR-related projects and data flows between pharmacy/order systems.
• Create project plans, timelines and risk logs; report status to Ops Manager.
• Draft SOPs and train the Coordinator and support teams for new processes launch.
