VytlOne is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a small, high-impact team within the Pharmacy Services Platform Engineering team. You will mentor engineers, own architecture decisions, and stay technically engaged while delivering scalable pharmacy applications in a remote setup across the Continental US.

You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Product Management, and IT Infrastructure to drive roadmaps, balance hands-on coding with leadership, and ensure secure, high-quality

Formación

• 10+ years in enterprise software engineering and system design
• 3+ years leading or managing software engineers
• Experience in pharmacy applications or healthcare HL7 or FHIR interoperability preferred
• Strong background in .NET/C# and API-driven, distributed architectures
• Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript and modern web tech
• Cloud exposure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Hands-on DevOps/CI-CD practices
• Knowledge of software architecture, security, and integration patterns
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within scope

Responsabilidades

• Lead 2–4 software engineers and SQA within an Agile delivery model
• Own technical design, architecture, and implementation of pharmacy applications
• Balance hands-on development with team leadership and delivery accountability
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and maintainable software
• Reduce technical debt through proactive design and modernization efforts
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop engineering talent
• Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable engineering culture
• Partner with Product, Pharmacy Operations, IT, and stakeholders to drive roadmap execution
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with clear trade-offs
• Represent engineering in planning, prioritization, and stakeholder discussions
• Communicate status, risks, and impacts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Effectively manage vendors involved with product integration
• Contribute to platform and application architecture standards
• Shape long-term technical strategy aligned with business goals
• Participate in planning, resource allocation, and budget considerations
