Hone Health in the United States is hiring a Pharmacy Operations Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will report to the VP of Pharmacy and Lab Operations and serve as the subject matter expert across the medication fulfillment process.

Responsibilities include processing new and refill prescriptions with e-prescribing software, coordinating with internal and vendor partners for timely shipments, entering data for prescriptions and lab orders, and resolving issues to maintain patient

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in healthcare operations, preferably in pharmacy or lab ops at a telemedicine startup
• Experience with pharmacy and/or lab software applications and prescribing workflows
• Awareness of regulatory and legal requirements in telemedicine
• Technically savvy and quick to learn new software
• Patient-centric with strong safety focus

Responsabilités

• Process new and refills accurately using e-Prescribing software
• Coordinate with internal and vendor partners to ensure timely shipment of medications
• Attentively complete data entry including prescription authoring and lab orders
• Investigate prescription and lab order issues to resolve errors
• Own the relationship with pharmacy partners from launch through ongoing quality review and demand forecasting
