Job summary

Shields Health Solutions seeks a Supervisor of Patient Services to lead a team of up to 10 pharmacy staff, coach performance, and optimize workflows to deliver excellent patient care. This remote role includes occasional travel to West Coast sites and collaboration with the Manager of Patient Services.

You'll review staffing, coaching feedback, oversee Epic pools, and drive improvements in communications, turnaround times, and patient interactions across the patient services operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 1+ year of Pharmacy Liaison experience preferred.
• State registration and national CPhT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 FTEs
• Review staff messaging and Epic pools to ensure timely completion of work
• Support FFT communications and resolve delivery slip concerns
• Troubleshoot workflow questions and provide real-time guidance to Pharmacy Liaisons
• Monitor PA Log activity and identify operational gaps
• Evaluate TelemetryRx completion and coordinate coverage as needed
• Observe workflows and provide coaching and performance feedback
• Assist with weekly staff meetings and rollout kickoff calls
• Promote collaboration between refill technicians, pharmacy liaisons, pharmacy operations staff, and PSC staff
• Recommend and implement workflow improvements in partnership with the Manager of Patient Services
• Identify opportunities to enhance patient interactions and operational efficiency
• Support onboarding and new-hire access requirements
