Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services and part of The Cigna Group, seeks a pharmacy technician associate to process and ship medications. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and flexibility for peak volumes.

You will work onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule, and may qualify for a shift differential as the team ensures safe, timely medication delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician license in Indiana.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times.

Responsibilities

• Process new and refill prescription requests.
• Select and retrieve appropriate medications.
• Verify quantities and prepare accurate labels.
• Send orders to pharmacy staff for completion and verification of prescription-based programs.
• Prepare packages for shipment.
• Clean equipment and refill workstation supplies.
• Learn new internal systems and processes.
• Perform other tasks as needed in a fast-paced pharmacy production setting.
