Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services within The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a team of inbound phone technicians serving specialty patients. You will monitor productivity, direct workflow, and guide project assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), 3+ years of relevant experience, and a pharmacy tech license or registration if available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations or related field.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration preferred.
• General PC knowledge; MS Office, internet, and email required; Excel/PowerPoint/WebEx valued.
• Excellent oral, written and phone communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment and share best practices.
• Coordinate schedules with RMG, ASA and workflow for the team.
• Oversee complex escalations and assist in process improvements.
• Develop programs to enhance customer service and performance.
• Coach employees on quality, attendance and productivity standards.
• Lead related daily operations for inbound phone technicians.
