Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team in Pharmacy Operations, monitoring productivity and performance, and directing workflow and projects. The role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and delivering strong customer service.

The candidate should have leadership experience in a distribution/fulfillment or pharmacy setting, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience managing teams in a distribution/fulfillment or pharmacy dispensing setting
• Pharmacy Technician License/Registration is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, email
• Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills
• Experience in training and coaching less experienced staff
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environment and make independent decisions
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of programs and process improvements to enhance customer service
• Oversee team and individual performance standards and service levels
• Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees on quality, reliability, accountability, and productivity
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a pharmacy operations team and direct workflow and project assignments
