Responsabilités

• Lead Pharmacy Innovation projects and programs from initiation to post-implementation monitoring.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, timelines, and resource estimates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, customer service) to deliver solutions.
• Monitor progress, escalate issues, and report metrics to leadership.
• Mentor and train staff in project management methodologies and tools.
