Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Pharmacy Innovation to oversee multiple concurrent programs from ideation to operational launch.

You will coordinate matrixed teams across Pharmacy Innovation, IT, and customer service to deliver initiatives on time and within budget. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of PM experience in healthcare, with strong leadership, communication, and process-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in healthcare administration or operational management.
• Three years of Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong skills in cost planning, scope, and deliverables.
• Ability to form high-performing cross-functional teams.
