Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc seeks a seasoned Project Manager for Pharmacy Innovation to drive multiple concurrent programs from ideation through deployment. You will coordinate internal and external partners, translate requirements into plans, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to guide process improvements, monitor outcomes, and align stakeholders across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Five years of Project Management experience in healthcare administration or related area.
• Three years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage scope, costs, planning, and deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and coordinate multi-team activities to manage Pharmacy Innovation projects through ideation, delivery, and refinement.
• Spearhead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for processes and improvements.
• Represent leadership in project approvals and ensure prioritization of critical work.
• Develop and monitor project economics: costs, budgets, staffing, risk.
• Coach cross-functional teams and foster a culture of quality and execution.
• Mentor junior staff in project management methodology and best practices.
