Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is seeking a Project Manager for Pharmacy Innovation to drive multiple initiatives from ideation to post-implementation monitoring. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to plan, resource, and deliver programs on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience guiding complex healthcare projects through SDLC and agile methodologies. Remote work may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Five years minimum project management experience in healthcare administration or related area.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Experience with multiple project methodologies (waterfall, agile, SDLC).

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate matrixed teams to deliver Pharmacy Innovation projects from ideation to refinement.
Monitor project economics: costs, budgets, staffing, resources and risk.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, finance, sales, and governance committees.
Develop and deploy project monitoring reports and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
