Premier Health is seeking a Pharmacist Programmer/Analyst for the Epic Willow (pharmacy) team. This full-time, 100% remote position requires a Pharmacist license in good standing. You will configure, deploy, and support Willow, document changes, and educate staff on Willow functionality.

The role spans cross‑team coordination and ongoing system optimization. On‑call duties are required to meet critical clinical and business needs; typical hours are 8am–5pm Monday–Friday with potential variations

Qualifications

• 2 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of Epic Willow or EMR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and implement Willow or Pharmacy change requests per SLAs.
• Respond to system incidents and provide user support.
• Collaborate on projects from simple apps to large initiatives.
• Share knowledge and provide back-up support to team members.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation to meet clinical/business needs.
• Develop system design docs and data flows for Willow.
