Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control across the unified FuzeRx brand. You will investigate discrepancies, build inventory controls, and drive improvements in accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data and Engineering to strengthen controls, develop SOPs, and automate reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or equivalent in supply chain, operations, or business.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory management in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience leading physical inventories and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce discrepancies.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing and disposition processes.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand, inventory turns, expirations and aging.
• Build dashboards/reports highlighting risks, trends and exceptions.
