Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory governance for the unified FuzeRx brand. You will turn data into process improvements, manage discrepancies, and drive accuracy across complex pharmacy operations.

You will develop SOPs, dashboards, and training materials, while partnering with cross‑functional teams to strengthen controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits and new locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy or healthcare environments.
• Leadership in physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and perform cycle counts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs, shrink, and expirations.
• Establish standard operating procedures for receiving, put-away, and movement of inventory.
• Develop dashboards and reports to highlight inventory risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability during audits and investigations.
