Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead programs across pharmacy operations, focusing on inventories, reconciliations, and variance investigations.

You will analyze data to cut write-offs, optimize stock levels, and standardize receiving, storage, and dispensing processes while collaborating with multiple teams to strengthen controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong data analysis using inventory transactions and process docs.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Power BI or ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including inventories and reconciliations.
• Analyze data to reduce write-offs, shrink, and excess inventory.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition processes.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand, turns, expirations; build dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and audits.
