You will analyze data, implement standardized processes, and collaborate with operations, procurement, and IT to reduce discrepancies and improve performance. The role emphasizes building dashboards, SOP development, and staff training to sustain robust inventory controls and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or healthcare.
• Experience leading physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience developing SOPs and training materials.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems and compliance.
• Experience supervising inventory teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze inventory data to reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, and distribution.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand and inventory turns.
• Build dashboards and reports on inventory risks and trends.
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials.
• Improve inventories systems and automate controls.
