Advocate Health seeks a pharmacy informatics professional to bridge clinicians and technical teams. You will develop informatics plans, analyze data, and optimize workflows within the electronic health record environment.
Key responsibilities include designing EMR builds, consulting with physicians and leaders, and supporting analytics for performance improvement. Remote role with standard first‑shift hours, with Epic Willow certification required within 6 months.
Formación
- Team members must obtain EPIC certification within 6 months and maintain ongoing education.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required; PGY1/PGY2 in informatics preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Develops informatics plans, data analysis and systems to advance evidence‑based practice and medication safety.
- Designs and implements EMR builds to support clinical practice and improve care quality.
- Consults with providers, leadership, and clinicians to evaluate information systems.
- Supports informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements and analytics to drive performance.
- Interacts with external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
