Job summary

Pillr Health seeks a Sr. Project Manager, Pharmacy Implementation to lead complex pharmacy implementation projects remotely. You will own end-to-end project plans, budgets, and scopes while coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver on milestones.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and advanced PM practices, with flexibility for after-hours work and up to 25% travel. A PMP and multi-year client-facing project experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least five years' PM experience.
• Experience managing external client-facing, multi-year projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client pharmacy implementations on time, budget, and scope.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and governance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver milestones.
• Create and disseminate client-facing and internal project communications.
• Proactively manage risks; communicate changes in scope.
• Coordinate across time zones and after-hours as needed.
• Travel up to 25% for key engagements.
