Zusammenfassung

CenterWell Pharmacy seeks an Associate Director of Pharmacy Hub Operations to lead the launch and ongoing operation of the hub model, spanning access and clinical services. You will drive end-to-end workflows, staffing, and governance, while partnering with product, technology, quality, and external vendors to ensure patient access success.

The role requires 5+ years of healthcare operations leadership, licensed pharmacist or RN, and strong regulatory and quality focus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related clinical field; advanced clinical, business, or healthcare administration degree preferred.
• Active pharmacist or registered nurse license in good standing.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in complex healthcare operations.
• Experience with benefits verification, prior authorization, appeals, patient assistance, enrollment, or reimbursement support workflows.
• Experience launching or transforming an operational function, client program, or healthcare workflow.

Aufgaben

• Launch the hub operating model across Access Operations and initial Clinical Operations.
• Establish integrated launch workflows across multiple roles and ensure governance.
• Partner on requirements, validation, training readiness, go-live, and hypercare.
• Translate requirements and compliance obligations into executable practices.
• Establish staffing, licensing, onboarding, and contingency plans.
• Lead intake and enrollment, verification, prior authorization, and appeals coordination.
• Own service-level attainment, turnaround time, backlog, and end-to-end outcomes.
• Implement daily management routines, capacity controls, and recovery plans.
• Provide operational oversight for clinical reviews, education, and adherence support.
