Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business process management, healthcare operations, pharmacy operations, change management, knowledge management, implementation, quality, or a related field.

• Design, document, implement, and continually improve end-to-end workflows for Pharmacy Hub Operations.
• Translate program designs, system capabilities, clinical and operational requirements into SOPs, job aids, knowledge content, and change plans.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure processes are operationally sound and ready for adoption before go-live; govern ongoing changes post-launch.
• Support workflow governance, change intake, knowledge management, and continuous improvement as programs expand.
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to ensure adoption, measurable outcomes, and disciplined documentation governance.
