Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as business process management, healthcare operations, or change management.
• 3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional business processes in a complex environment.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, job aids, or other operational documentation.
• Experience supporting organizational change, system implementation, or adoption of new workflows.
• Strong facilitation, writing, requirements translation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage complex information and maintain version control and governance.
• Experience using operational data or quality findings to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate program designs and clinical requirements into end-to-end processes and SOPs.
