Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in BPM, healthcare/pharmacy ops, change or knowledge management.
• 3+ years designing and improving cross-functional business processes.
• Experience creating SOPs, process maps, job aids, or similar docs.
• Experience supporting change, system implementations, or adoption of new workflows.
• Strong facilitation, writing, requirements translation, stakeholders, and problem solving.
