Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Hub Business Process Senior Professional to design, document, implement, and continuously improve workflows and knowledge infrastructure for Pharmacy Hub Operations.

You will work across multiple functions to translate program designs into clear end-to-end processes and change plans, ensuring readiness before go-live and ongoing governance afterward. The role requires healthcare/pharmacy operations experience, strong facilitation and documentation skills, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (business process management, healthcare operations, etc.).
3+ years designing, documenting, implementing, or improving cross-functional processes in complex environments.
Experience creating process maps, SOPs, job aids, or knowledge content.
Experience supporting organizational change, system implementation, or adoption of new workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, document, implement, and continuously improve workflows and knowledge content for Pharmacy Hub Operations.
Translate program designs into end-to-end processes, SOPs, job aids, and change plans.
Ensure processes are operationally sound and understood by frontline teams before go-live.
Support ongoing governance, change intake, and knowledge management after launch.
