The ideal candidate has deep experience in hub services, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement support, with hands‑on launch leadership and strong regulatory judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related clinical field; advanced clinical, business, or healthcare administration degree preferred.
• Active pharmacist or registered nurse license in good standing.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in complex healthcare operations, including leadership of leaders or multiple operational teams.
• Demonstrated experience with benefits verification, prior authorization, appeals, patient assistance, enrollment, or reimbursement support workflows.
• Experience launching or transforming an operational function, client program, pharmacy service, or healthcare workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and establish the hub operating model across access and initial clinical operations.
• Oversee intake, enrollment, verification, prior authorization, and patient assistance workflows.
• Ensure compliance, licensing, credentialing, and scope‑of‑practice controls for staff.
• Manage staffing, capacity, and performance routines; use data to improve time‑to‑therapy and reduce case leakage.
• Represent the hub in governance, client discussions, and cross‑functional forums.
