Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a hands-on Lead Technical Product Manager, Digital Pharmacy, to lead the development of next-generation digital pharmacy experiences and reusable technical capabilities.

This role spans strategy through execution and requires close partnership with Engineering and Architecture. You will shape product direction, prioritize capabilities, and maintain an executable backlog while driving value, learning, and scale across multiple clients and channels.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles delivering digital products.
• Experience owning and actively managing complex product and engineering backlogs.
• Strong experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and product requirements.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, services, data flows, system dependencies, and modern digital architectures.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product priorities, roadmaps, and MVPs.
• Own and manage the product backlog with prioritized, development-ready items.
• Partner with Engineering & Architecture to understand options and tradeoffs and ensure alignment to customer outcomes.
• Build reusable components, APIs, and platform capabilities for scale.
