Humana is seeking an Associate Director of Pharmacy Hub Operations to lead the launch and ongoing operation of a multi‑discipline Pharmacy Hub. You will shape the end‑to‑end operating model, supervise access and clinical workflows, and drive staffing, readiness, and quality controls for a regulated, scalable program.
The role requires extensive experience in pharmacy operations, payer support, and cross‑functional leadership, with readiness to evolve as the hub grows and organizational needs
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related clinical field.
- Active pharmacist or registered nurse license.
- 5+ years of people leadership in healthcare operations.
- Experience with benefits verification, prior authorization, and patient assistance workflows.
Aufgaben
- Build the launch operating model across Access Operations and initial Clinical Operations.
- Establish integrated launch workflows and governance.
- Partner with Implementation on requirements, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Translate requirements into executable practices.
- Lead intake and enrollment, verifications, prior authorization, appeals, and patient assistance.
- Provide operational and clinical oversight during launch.
