Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the group and staff scheduling
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy laws and company policies
• Maintain records and ensure licensure/status are up to date
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) as required and uphold SOPs
• Drive process improvements and team development initiatives
• Communicate with stakeholders to align on objectives
