Job summary

Symbria Rx Services is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to handle data entry of prescription orders and medical records. The role operates Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM CST with alternating weekends, and requires FrameWorks LTC experience or Docutrack familiarity.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, verifying orders, and maintaining productivity with quality standards. A 60‑day window to obtain Pharm Tech licensure and up to six months for national certification

Qualifications

• Pharmacy data entry experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician license remains state‑required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact physician offices for refill authorization as needed.
• Process new and refill prescriptions with accuracy.
• Open orders, verify eligibility, and input prescriptions.
• Document correspondence and follow up in the system.
• Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to management.
• Assist with research of lost or missing orders when requested.
• Provide backup support to other pharmacy groups as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and deliver high-level client service.
