Symbria Rx Services seeks a Senior Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to input prescription orders and medical records with accuracy and efficiency. The role supports patient-centered care in geriatric settings and operates within a 100% employee-owned company.

The position requires experience with frameworks like Frameworks LTC and Docutrack, plus a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes high-quality data entry and customer service in a healthcare

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license and CPhT certification required per state.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
• Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contact physician offices for refill authorization.
• Contact client for verification of orders as needed.
• Process all new and refill prescriptions.
• Open orders, verify eligibility, and input prescriptions.
• Document correspondence and follow up in the system.
• May assist with research of lost or missing orders.
• May provide backup support to other pharmacy groups.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide high standard of customer service.
