Symbria seeks a Senior Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to accurately enter prescription orders and medical records. You will work on swing shifts in a LTC environment, handling refills and new orders with attention to productivity and quality.

Experience with Frameworks LTC and Docutrack is preferred; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Symbria is an employee-owned company offering comprehensive benefits and a patient-centered care approach.

Qualificações

• Pharmacy technician license and CPhT certification per state requirements.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
• FrameWorks LTC experience preferred; Docutrack experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contact physician's office for refill authorization as needed.
• Contact client to verify orders as needed.
• Process all new and refill prescriptions.
• Open orders, verify eligibility, input prescriptions with quality checks.
• Document correspondence and follow up in the system.
• Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to manager.
• Forward incomplete or rejected scripts for resolution and track status.
• Initiate and document correspondence and follow up in system.
• Assist with research of lost or missing orders per requests.
• Provide backup support to other pharmacy groups as needed.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and deliver high customer service.
