Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating into analytics.
- Translate operational needs into analytics solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
- Experience analyzing healthcare data and translating findings into recommendations.
- Healthcare domain knowledge required.
- Experience developing technical requirements for reports and dashboards.
- Experience validating data and supporting decision-making.
- Ability to translate complex data into leadership recommendations.
- Project management experience preferred.
