Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced knowledge of product features, functionality and utilization of the application software.
• Monitor system effectiveness and performance to determine potential problems; report findings and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Participate/lead disaster recovery initiatives.
• Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.
